In July 2018, brothers Jonathan and William Trudel acquired this iconic shopping center in the Quebec City region with great enthusiasm. As promised, the consultation process began immediately in order to not only revitalize this site but also design a new living space that will meet the needs and expectations of the entire surrounding area, right at the gateway to downtown Quebec City. The positive response from merchants and the warm welcome from Mayor Régis Labeaume were immediate. Trudel Alliance will implement best practices to ensure a respectful transition while ensuring harmonious and beneficial development for both the population and the current staff and merchants. The Trudel brothers are rolling up their sleeves to forge strong ties with the Fleur de Lys community and officially return this site to the people of Quebec City. This major acquisition was made possible thanks to the financial participation of Desjardins Entreprises Québec-Capitale, RBC Capital Markets, and real estate broker Delta Commercial.
