Work is starting at Fleur de Lys shopping center, bringing Trudel Alliance’s mixed-use real estate project to life following the results of the public consultation held in 2019. To mark this transformation, the property owners are launching Fleur de Lys Reinvents Itself—an initiative that will bring vibrancy and color to the site, just in time for the summer season. The major construction phase will officially begin in August and will continue for several months. During this period, the owners will ensure that retailers are relocated so that the shopping mall remains attractive.
