CONTEXT

Les Gros Becs needed a temporary location for their youth theatre. The
challenge was finding cost-effective solutions for a short-term lease.
Design and project management teams collaborated efficiently, and the
project was delivered on a tight schedule— and now welcomes hundreds
of delighted children to perfectly outfitted premises.
