Trudel invites established and non-established restaurateurs to join us at our new Espace bouffe urbain.
June 10 saw the launch of the Pitch ton resto invitation at the new Espace bouffe urbain. This vast 60,000 sq. ft., 1,000-seat space can accommodate some 15 concessions, including three with table service and ephemeral concepts.
Trudel wants to reach out to the restaurant industry in the Greater Quebec City area, and around the world!
The Espace bouffe urbain will be linked to the shopping center, outdoor public spaces and residential buildings, including Vingt-et-un Mars, the first residential phase which is already partly inhabited. It will therefore be part of this desire to weave a dynamic and welcoming urban fabric. “There will be something for everyone, at every price point,” says William Trudel.
The president and founder of Trudel Corporation even says he can offer different types of support to young entrepreneurs to get their project off the ground at Fleur de Lys.
“If you’re passionate about the restaurant business and dream of having a restaurant with a new or established concept, Trudel is ready to do business with you. Any company can help the project,” he said at the presentation.
Trudel plans to open the Espace bouffe urbain by 2026.
Trudel is proud to announce the start of construction and celebrates with the community.
On Saturday, June 7, during a major community celebration, every citizen and guest marked the occasion with a symbolic groundbreaking.
With the Fleur de Lys project progressing steadily, this second large-scale Trudel initiative—valued at an estimated $1 billion—is scheduled for completion by 2033. The Galeries Charlesbourg project is a much-anticipated response to the ongoing housing crisis in the Québec City region.
The revitalization of Galeries Charlesbourg will offer future residents and customers unparalleled access to public transit, VivaCité corridors, and major roadways.
William Trudel was on site and stated: “Just like we did for Fleur de Lys, this project was developed in close collaboration with over 3,100 people. We are incredibly proud of this valuable collaboration! That’s why we’re organizing a public celebration to mark the start of construction.”
