Trudel Innovation Inc. has partnered with CHU de Québec–Université Laval in a $109 million, 12-year agreement to create an outpatient hemodialysis centre at Fleur de Lys. This turnkey partnership will provide 64 new hemodialysis chairs in a community setting, with Trudel managing logistics and maintenance, and CHU de Québec handling medical care.

This project perfectly aligns with Trudel’s vision of transforming Fleur de Lys into a fully integrated community where people can live, work, and obtain services. Clients and staff of the dialysis centre will enjoy commercial amenities and green spaces, and may even live on-site!
