The redevelopment of Galeries Charlesbourg is subject to a zoning change by the City of Quebec. On June 23, 2023, a first public briefing was held to unveil the project, which was very well received.
Since then, the project has been updated and enhanced based on public feedback. If all goes well, the necessary zoning bylaw will be adopted in the coming weeks.
