INAUGURATION OF THE FIRST RESIDENTIAL PHASE OF FLEUR DE LYS

Determination. Audacity. Hard work. When you believe, anything is possible—especially with the support of the people of Quebec City.

After listening, imagining, and designing, Trudel has begun delivering its first residential phase of 480 rental condos. At a major celebration attended by nearly 400 tenants and guests, William Trudel unveiled images of the shopping mall, the urban food court, and other building highlights. He also handed out golden keys to the first ten tenants to thank them for their trust. He also presented the car-sharing options residents will enjoy.

The $2 billion redevelopment of Place Fleur de Lys includes 4,500 rental units to be built over 5 to 10 years. The second phase is already one year ahead of schedule.

As William Trudel said during the inauguration, “We have been preparing for this day for four years. We are really happy. It is a success. The tenants are happy. Mission accomplished!”
