DEMOLITION BEGINS AT FLEUR DE LYS
2022-06-063, 2, 1… We’re off! Work has begun on deconstructing a section of the Fleur de Lys shopping mall to bring the Trudel multi-use project to fruition and build a true living environment. In addition to the UQTR campus already located on the site, the project includes thousands of housing units for all budgets, a seniors’ residence, a huge park, numerous green spaces and shops.
Site operations are carried out in line with Trudel’s philosophy of sustainable development. In fact, all raw materials that can be reused (steel, iron, copper and aluminum) are recovered.
A project of this scale requires work to be carried out over several months. The mall will remain open throughout, and parking will be available around the mall, except in the work zone.
The Trudel project at Fleur de Lys will be publicly unveiled in the coming months.
