After operating its service center at 1950 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard for over 20 years, Day & Ross confirmed on November 5, 2020, its decision to move to new, larger, and more modern facilities at 935 Lachance Street. Easy access to an efficient highway network was certainly an important factor for this renowned national company, but being able to rely on a property manager who cares about its tenants was also a key factor.
