CONTEXT
On November 5, 2020, after over 20 years operating a dedicated service centre at 1950 boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel, Day & Ross announced it was moving to a bigger and more modern new facility at 935 rue Lachance. While quick access to an efficient highway network was a crucial consideration for this renowned national company, so was attentive property management by a landlord that had its tenants’ interests at heart. The Day & Ross management team not only values their positive business relationship with us, but also found a reliable, high-quality builder in our Trudel Construction division.
