Thanks to a partnership with Trudel Alliance, starting this fall, the Youth Theater Les Gros Becs will present all of its performances at Fleur de Lys, in the former La Baie store. From September 4 to 6, Fleur de Lys will vibrate to the rhythms of the 8th edition of MondoKarnaval. This unmissable event, themed “Together,” will offer over 40 performances across two stages over the course of three days. Trudel will warmly welcome these festivities and all the artists present, contributing to this unparalleled multicultural sharing in Quebec.

Trudel Alliance announces the launch of a new project for the summer of 2021 at 1950 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard, near the Robert-Bourassa highway. A truly flexible project, it will consist of two new buildings offering flexible spaces ranging from 3,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. This new high-quality commercial complex will offer tenants a strategic location, situated on major traffic routes in Quebec throughout the day. Furthermore, they will benefit from excellent visibility. This top-quality project is the ideal property for setting up offices, retail businesses, or showrooms. And leasing is going strong!

Trudel Alliance plans a rejuvenation of this high-potential commercial property during the year 2021. The 5050 Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard location could be enhanced with 30,000 sq. ft. of office space filled with natural light. A complete redesign is planned for its ground floor, which will provide current and future tenants with an exceptional showcase on the bustling Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard. The spaces will be tailored to the tenants’ needs. The easy access via major roadways, the traffic from surrounding businesses, and the ample parking spaces are factors that will attract new tenants. Following the success of its public consultation “Reinventing Fleur de Lys,” Trudel is launching two new initiatives: “Reinventing Place des Quatre-Bourgeois” and “Reinventing Galeries Charlesbourg,” which will run until January 31, 2021. The objectives of these initiatives are to understand the needs and expectations of the community, gather ideas to develop the most inclusive living environments for each community, and, of course, build trust with stakeholders in the areas. The population of the Capitale-Nationale region will participate in this public consultation through the website www.trudelreinvente.com. To facilitate the process for as many participants as possible, Trudel team members will be present at both commercial properties. Merchants, community organizations, and other stakeholders will also be consulted.

Established in Quebec since 1974, the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR) will grow even further with a brand-new campus to be built on the Fleur de Lys site. This long-awaited development, carried out in partnership with Trudel Alliance, was officially confirmed on November 6, 2020, with the signing of a 15-year lease approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.

 

With modern facilities, open spaces, sleek architecture, and a highly accessible location, this future campus will be able to accommodate several thousand students once completed. In fact, the first students, faculty members, and staff, particularly from the psychoeducation department, will begin their studies there in the summer of 2021.
