From June 9 to 12, things were swinging at the Fleur de Lys park! The 2022 season officially kicked off with a flurry of exciting activities sure to energize the neighborhood: “Les Crinqués” car show, live music, dancing, skill games, entertainment, ice cream bar… and so much more!
A festive, family-friendly atmosphere marked the grand opening of this welcoming outdoor space at the heart of the Fleur de Lys redevelopment.

3, 2, 1… We’re off! Work has begun on deconstructing a section of the Fleur de Lys shopping mall to bring the Trudel multi-use project to fruition and build a true living environment. In addition to the UQTR campus already located on the site, the project includes thousands of housing units for all budgets, a seniors’ residence, a huge park, numerous green spaces and shops.

Site operations are carried out in line with Trudel’s philosophy of sustainable development. In fact, all raw materials that can be reused (steel, iron, copper and aluminum) are recovered.

A project of this scale requires work to be carried out over several months. The mall will remain open throughout, and parking will be available around the mall, except in the work zone.

The Trudel project at Fleur de Lys will be publicly unveiled in the coming months.

Social engagement is part of Trudel’s DNA. That’s why its president and founder, William Trudel, gladly accepted the honorary co-chair position for the Les Homardises evening in support of the Cité Joie Foundation. This role was carried out jointly with Claude Savard, Vice-President, Commercial Financial Services at RBC Royal Bank.

More than 400 people came together to celebrate the work of this organization, which supports hundreds of beneficiaries and their families. A total of $185,000 was raised this year.

The Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) Québec City campus announces the launch of a University of the Third Age at Fleur de Lys starting this fall.

This announcement was made during one of Quebec’s most significant seniors’ days, marked by the intergenerational event “On jases-tu? ” aimed at reducing social isolation. The event brought together hundreds of seniors at Fleur de Lys.

The 13th edition of the Souper Homard for the Signes d’Espoir Foundation took place on May 12 at the Port of Québec terminal. Under the honorary presidency of Jonathan Trudel, Executive Vice-President and Co-Founder of Trudel Corporation, the evening raised a record amount of $112,000.
The funds will support the expansion of the Atelier Signes d’Espoir, the purchase of equipment for residences, and the development of a welcoming living space.

The Signes d’Espoir Foundation supports the Centre Signes d’Espoir, a community organization in the Québec region specializing in deafness. It provides rehabilitation, social integration, and psychosocial support services for people with or without associated disabilities.

Trudel is proud to support this cause for the third consecutive year.

Architect Érick Rivard and his team at Groupe A / Annexe U have announced the imminent relocation of their offices to Fleur de Lys. It’s worth noting that Groupe A is already actively working on Trudel’s major revitalization project for the site.

When Marie-Pierre Simard pitched her concept of a festive urban bar-cafeteria—where guests sit in the bed of a pickup truck—to the Trudel brothers, they were immediately charmed by her contagious energy! The entrepreneur, who also owns La Broche à Foin, L’Aubergine, and Le Royaume de la Tarte, aims to create a welcoming place for everyone with Chez Roger Bon Temps.

Chez Roger Bon Temps has been open since December 9, 2021, at Fleur de Lys.

For the third consecutive year, William Trudel, President, Founder, and CEO of Trudel, served as Honorary Chair of the philanthropic movement Québec ville en rose. A record-breaking amount of $215,525 was raised for this 10th edition, thanks to the generosity of donors and numerous volunteers All proceeds will go directly to the Breast Disease Centre (CMS) at CHU de Québec–Université Laval.

The University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR) proudly makes its official entrance into Fleur de Lys in the former Sears store. This new campus is the result of a major $10M investment by Trudel Alliance as part of its redevelopment project. These innovative facilities will undoubtedly help promote this major project throughout the Capitale-Nationale region.
