As part of the analysis conducted by the Bureau d’audiences publiques sur l’environnement (BAPE) on the Structuring Public Transport Network (RSTC), Trudel Alliance produced a brief emphasizing its vision for sustainable mobility in the City of Quebec in the coming years. The document focuses on the importance of adequately serving the outer ring of the metropolitan area, prioritizing the urbanization of the Laurentian Highway, and ensuring the proper integration of the Quebec–Lévis tunnel exit planned for the Fleur de Lys sector.
The final report from the BAPE was released in November and incorporates some of our recommendations. The final form of the RSTC is still to be determined, but Trudel Alliance remains a committed player in the collective reflection surrounding its implementation.
